Born and raised in Malaysia, he is now pursuing a MFA Degree at Taipei National University of the Arts, majoring in Film Directing.

 

He started his career as an edit assistant and cinematographer. He is the edit assistant of "Dear Ex" and the cinematographer of "Reprise". The former is a feature film that received several awards at the Golden Horse Awards, the latter is a short film that was selected by the Busan International Film Festival.

 

His last short film “A Cohabitation” was selected by Minikino Film Week, Kashish Mumbai International Queer Film Festival and Queer-Streifen Regensburg. Also, “A Cohabitation” got to screen at an online platform named GagaOLala. In 2016, his directorial debut “Open For You” was selected by the Kuan-Du Film Festival.
